Act as the L3 escalation point for Firewall, Proxy, VPN, and MFA-related incidents.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Firewall security policies.

Manage Firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, or Juniper SRX.

Configure and troubleshoot NAT, ACLs, IPS, IDS, SSL Inspection, URL Filtering, and Application Control.

Administer Secure Web Proxy solutions such as Zscaler, Blue Coat (Symantec ProxySG), Netskope, or Forcepoint.

Manage and troubleshoot MFA solutions including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) MFA, Cisco Duo, RSA SecurID, Okta Verify, and Ping Identity.

Configure and support Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, and GlobalProtect.





Perform firewall rule reviews, policy optimization, cleanup, and compliance validation.

Investigate security incidents and collaborate with SOC teams for threat analysis and remediation.

Perform log analysis using SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, or ArcSight.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive actions.

Participate in Change Management, Problem Management, and Release activities following ITIL practices.

Support Vulnerability Management by coordinating remediation of security findings.

Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Application, and Infrastructure teams to implement security controls.

Maintain security documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and architecture diagrams.

Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance during major incidents.
