Company Description Kridey Foundation Trust is a registered non-governmental organization under NGO Darpan, maintained by NITI Aayog, Government of India, and is driven by a energetic youth-led team based across Delhi NCR. Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant will support daily operations, including coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records and documentation, and assisting with communication between internal teams, volunteers, and external partners. Typical tasks include managing emails and calendars, preparing reports and presentations, supporting outreach activities and campaigns, and helping organize legal internships and community programs.





The role also involves basic data entry, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks to support the smooth functioning of Kridey’s initiatives. The Assistant will collaborate closely with the leadership team to provide administrative, logistical, and communications support across multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle administrative and project-related responsibilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, documents, reports, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with online collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in social justice, community development, child welfare, gender equity, animal rights, and environmental awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; backgrounds in social sciences, law, humanities, or related fields are an advantage.
- Prior experience in NGOs, internships, or volunteer work in social impact projects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for meetings, events, and community outreach activities as required.
