Role Description The Area Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Area

Manager will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to company standards, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities include supervising store managers, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing staffing, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular site visits, conducting audits, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with central teams for marketing, supply chain,



and training initiatives.

The Area

Manager will also support new store openings, guide teams through change, and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in multi-unit retail or F&B; operations management, with a strong focus on QSR or Casual Dining.
- Skills in team leadership, performance management, and staff development across multiple locations.
- Strong abilities in sales analysis, forecasting, and cost control to drive revenue and profitability.
- Competence in operational planning, process implementation, and maintaining quality and service standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant F&B; experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bengaluru to visit and support assigned locations.
