Role Description The Architectural Compliance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at the Noida campus. This role is responsible for ensuring that campus buildings, renovations, and infrastructure projects comply with applicable architectural standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing architectural plans and drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams, and conducting site inspections to verify adherence to compliance norms.

The role involves preparing compliance reports, maintaining documentation for audits, and advising project stakeholders on regulatory implications and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, particularly in relation to building codes, safety standards, and educational infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to review architectural designs, interpret regulations, assess risks, and recommend practical compliance solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand project budgets, cost implications of compliance decisions, and value-based prioritization of infrastructure initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Planning, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in architectural compliance, building regulation oversight, or campus/institutional infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Indian building codes, local authority approvals, and environmental and safety regulations applicable to educational institutions.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced academic workplace.
