Role Description The Architect Project Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, responsible for overseeing architectural visualization projects from concept through delivery. This role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to define project requirements, schedules, and milestones, ensuring visual outputs align with design intent and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include managing project workflows, reviewing design and visualization work, providing technical and aesthetic guidance, and resolving issues that may impact timelines or quality.

Manager will also contribute to resource planning,



documentation, and process improvements, while supporting collaboration among architects, video specialists, drone operators, and VR developers.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in architecture or architectural design, with the ability to interpret plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
- Experience with architectural visualization tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM software, 3D modeling, rendering, or VR platforms).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including video production, drone operations, and VR specialists.
- Attention to detail and quality control in reviewing visual outputs, documentation, and client deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and status reporting.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in architectural project coordination or management is preferred.
