Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, collaborating with the firm’s multidisciplinary team on a variety of architecture and interior design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concept and schematic designs, preparing detailed construction drawings, and refining design solutions that respond to client requirements and local context. The role involves coordinating with senior architects and engineers, supporting regulatory approvals with clear and accurate documentation,



and assisting in site visits to review progress and design implementation.

The Architectural

Designer will also contribute to urban and spatial planning considerations, participate in design presentations, and ensure that all work aligns with the firm’s standards of creativity, compliance, and quality.

Qualifications

- Passion for Architecture and design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical built solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical Drawing for permits, coordination, and execution.
- Understanding of Urban Planning principles and their application to contextually relevant design in Mumbai and similar urban environments.
- Relevant degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or pursuit of registration is an advantage.
- Competence in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong visual communication skills, including ability to produce presentations, diagrams, and design narratives for clients and authorities.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and openness to learning within a collaborative studio setting.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Mumbai is highly beneficial.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams, consultants, and clients on-site.
