Role Description The AR Caller / Sr. AR Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves making outbound calls to insurance companies and other payers to follow up on claims, resolve denials, and obtain timely payments.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient accounts, verifying claim status, documenting call findings, and updating billing systems with accurate information. The AR Caller / Sr. AR Caller will work closely with billing and coding teams to clarify issues, escalate complex accounts, and support overall revenue cycle performance. The position also requires adherence to compliance guidelines,



meeting productivity and quality targets, and participating in ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including AR follow-up, denial management, and payer guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in calling insurance companies or payers for claim follow-up and resolution, preferably in a US healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in using billing software, practice management systems, and productivity tools for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for phone-based interactions, with clear articulation and professional conduct.
- Ability to analyze account details, identify issues, and take appropriate action to resolve outstanding balances.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts efficiently.
- Prior experience in AR Caller / Sr. AR Caller or similar role in medical billing or revenue cycle management is required.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with working in a performance-driven environment and meeting defined quality and productivity benchmarks.
- Relevant education in commerce, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field; additional training in medical billing or RCM is an advantage.
