Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business impact.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications within agile environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with software debugging, incident management, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in OutSystems.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
