Role Description This temporary, on-site Apprentice Diploma role in Chemical, Electrical, Instrument, and Mechanical disciplines is based at ELANTAS’s Anklesvar location. The apprentice will support day-to-day plant operations, assist in routine maintenance activities, and participate in equipment inspections under the guidance of experienced technical staff.

Responsibilities may include helping to monitor process parameters, documenting operational data, and contributing to troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues. The role also involves learning and following safety procedures,



quality standards, and standard operating practices, while gaining hands-on experience with production machinery, tools, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance and Inspection for industrial equipment and systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Engineering, including basic understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Automotive or similar industrial environments, including familiarity with mechanical and electrical components.
- Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical engineering.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and industrial housekeeping in a manufacturing plant.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to a structured training environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Anklesvar and to work in shifts as per plant requirements.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn new technologies and procedures.
