Role Description The Apparel Merchandiser will manage the end-to-end merchandising process, including product development, sampling, and coordination with design, production, and quality teams.

Responsibilities include communicating with international buyers, understanding product specifications, preparing costings, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role involves market and trend research, assisting in line planning,



and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support customer requirements and brand positioning.

The Apparel

Merchandiser will also maintain accurate documentation, handle buyer queries, and support productive workflow between internal departments and external partners. This is a full time, in office role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with buyers and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to understand market needs, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies.
- Knowledge of Marketing to support product positioning, assortment planning, and brand representation.
- Background in apparel merchandising, fashion, or textiles, with understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant merchandising tools; experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in export-oriented apparel manufacturing or similar environment is beneficial.
