Role Description The Analyst will work full time on-site at the GITAR Foundation in Lucknow, contributing to data-driven insights and supporting ongoing research and training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from research projects, training activities, and institutional operations. The role involves preparing reports, summaries, and visualizations that inform program development, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

The Analyst will collaborate with scientific and administrative teams, ensure data quality and documentation standards, and assist in developing analytical tools or templates. The position may also involve supporting grant applications, monitoring project outcomes,



and presenting findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data collection, data cleaning, and statistical analysis.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with data analysis software or tools (such as Excel, statistical packages, or basic scripting) and the ability to create clear data visualizations.
