About The Department
- The Institutional Client Reporting Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team delivers high-quality reporting for institutional clients across the region. Partnering with Client Services, Sales, Portfolio Management, Risk and Performance teams, the department ensures clients receive accurate, compliant and insightful reporting. As the final quality checkpoint before reports reach clients, the team plays a critical role in maintaining trust and service excellence.
The team combines reporting expertise with automation and data innovation to improve efficiency and scalability. Team members work collaboratively, share knowledge and take ownership while building expertise in reporting, technology, automation and the investment management business.
How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities
- You will produce customised reports for institutional clients.
- You will deliver reporting within contractual deadlines.
- You will analyse and validate complex datasets.
- You will resolve reporting issues and stakeholder queries.
- You will respond to urgent client requests.
- You will adjust priorities to meet changing client needs.
- You will maintain reporting controls and documentation.
Strategic Responsibilities
- You will support reporting automation initiatives.
- You will work with SQL,
Power BI and VBA tools.
- You will improve and streamline manual reporting processes.
- You will identify process improvement opportunities.
- You will support testing, implementation and solution maintenance.
Team & Collaboration
- You will take ownership of assigned deliverables.
- You will work independently with limited supervision.
- You will collaborate with global teams to solve reporting challenges.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience, Education &
Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in financial services or institutional reporting is beneficial.
- Experience in automation, reporting, data analysis or process improvement is preferred.
- Experience investigating complex data issues is advantageous.
- Experience working in multicultural environments is preferred.
- Strong technical capability and learning agility.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Ability to automate and improve manual processes.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, Alteryx or similar tools.
- Interest in technology, automation and data solutions.
