Role Summary

Owns BitDelta's KOL and affiliate partnership program end to end — identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with crypto influencers, content creators, and affiliates to drive user acquisition and trading volume. Leads a team of Key Account Managers running day-to-day KOL relationships and owns the budget, deal structures, and performance of the program as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new partnerships with KOLs, content creators, and affiliates across YouTube, X, Telegram, and Discord to drive first-time deposits and trades
- Lead negotiation and contracting for all KOL/affiliate deals — commercial terms, deliverables, and payout structures — within an owned budget
- Build and run the affiliate program's commission structure and tiering, separate from one-off KOL deals
- Track performance against KPIs (reach, conversions, deposits, trading volume, ROI) for every partner and campaign, and reallocate budget toward what's working
- Maintain existing KOL and affiliate relationships and actively work to improve ROI over time, not just add new names
- Ensure every KOL/affiliate communication and piece of sponsored content stays within compliance guardrails — no guaranteed returns, no misleading claims,



proper disclosure of paid partnerships
- Keep pace with trends in the crypto influencer and affiliate ecosystem, and with competitor KOL activity, to spot new partnership opportunities early
- Represent BitDelta at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to build and maintain the partner network
- Report on KOL program performance — conversion rate, retention, and revenue contribution — to the Head of Business

What You'll Need

- 2-6 years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships — ideally in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms
- Proven track record of initiating, negotiating, and monetizing relationships with KOLs or affiliates, with real budget/P&L; exposure
- Existing network of crypto KOLs, influencers, or affiliates in the Indian market is a strong plus
- Strong grasp of crypto and trading terminology sufficient to brief KOLs accurately and evaluate content for correctness
- Comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and defending ROI on partnership spend

Good to Have

- Direct prior experience in a crypto exchange's KOL or affiliate function
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking/attribution tooling
- Understanding of Indian advertising and disclosure norms as they apply to financial influencer content

Success in the First 90 Days

- Audit and rationalise the existing KOL/affiliate roster — keep, renegotiate, or drop based on ROI
- Stand up a explicit commission/deal-tier structure for affiliates, separate from discretionary KOL deals
- Onboard allotted target of new priority KOLs or affiliates against a defined target segment
- Establish weekly performance reporting cadence to the Head of Business
