At Akidha, we’re looking for a commercially driven finance professional who can turn financial & operational data into actionable business insights and help leadership make smarter decisions.

? Role: AM / Sr. Executive – Finance

? Function: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

? Experience: 4–6 Years

? Location: Mumbai

? Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

?Budget Threshold: Upto 12 LPA

What You’ll Own:• Daily, weekly & monthly MIS reporting

- Business dashboards and performance tracking
- Sales, margin & profitability analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting & Budget vs. Actual analysis
- Financial modelling and business case preparation
- Pricing, discounts, promotional schemes & contribution margin analysis
- Working capital, cash flow & inventory analysis
- Identifying business trends, exceptions & improvement opportunities
- Automating recurring reports and improving reporting efficiency
- Presenting actionable insights to senior management

What We’re Looking For:✔ 4–6 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, MIS, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis





✔ Mandatory Experience in B2C, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma or Consumer Goods

✔ Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot

✔ Solid financial modelling & analytical skills

✔ ERP experience

✔ Power BI / Tableau is an advantage

✔ Strong commercial understanding and business acumen

✔ Excellent communication, presentation & problem-solving skills

? Inventory Ageing & Slow-Moving Stock Analysis
