We are looking for an HR Executive to manage leadership, lateral and campus hiring. The role needs hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing senior talent, hiring experienced professionals across levels, and running campus recruitment drives at top-tier institutions. Candidates from a reputed MNC or large corporate background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Senior-Level Hiring

- Source and hire for senior-level, leadership and critical positions through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior and leadership talent.
- Support timely closure of critical positions.

Lateral Hiring

- Manage lateral hiring across junior, mid and senior levels, from requirement gathering to closure.
- Understand role specifications and identify suitable candidates based on experience, skills, stability and role fit.
- Use job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, databases and recruitment consultants to build candidate pipelines.

Campus Hiring

- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives at Tier-1 institutions, including IITs, NITs and other premier engineering and management colleges.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement cells, faculty coordinators and student bodies.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessments, group discussions, interview rounds and final selections.
- Manage the campus hiring calendar, including intern and fresher hiring,



PPO conversions and onboarding.
- Run employer branding activities on campus to attract top talent.

End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer management and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
- Manage candidate engagement to ensure smooth offer-to-joining conversion for both lateral and campus hires.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS reports.

Mandatory Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR (mandatory).
- 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in senior-level/leadership hiring.
- Hands-on experience in lateral hiring and in campus hiring at Tier-1 colleges (IITs, NITs or similar).
- Solid end-to-end recruitment skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Experience in a reputed MNC or large corporate such as Genpact, Infosys, HCL, Turing or similar.
- Immediate joiner or very short notice period.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working from Noida, with willingness to travel for campus drives.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in a structured MNC recruitment environment, with exposure to leadership, lateral and campus hiring.
- Established connections with placement cells at IITs, NITs and other premier institutions.
- Experience with ATS tools and hiring analytics.
