WE'RE HIRING | ASTHETIC DERMATOLOGIST The Square Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic is looking for a full-time Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our growing clinical team.

About The Role

We are looking for a confident, patient-focused and clinically responsible Aesthetic Dermatologist who is passionate about building a career in aesthetic medicine. The role involves conducting consultations, assessing patient concerns, developing personalized treatment plans and performing a range of aesthetic procedures with precision, safety and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily OPD consultations for walk-in and scheduled patients.
- Assess and address concerns related to skin health, anti-aging, facial aesthetics, body contouring and aesthetic wellness.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and clinical assessment.
- Perform aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, threads, laser treatments, skin tightening and other in-clinic aesthetic procedures.
- Ensure all procedures follow established clinical protocols, hygiene standards and patient-safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, informed consent documentation and progress notes.
- Educate patients about procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare and maintenance.
- Manage follow-ups, treatment reviews and maintenance cycles.




- Build long-term patient relationships through professional and personalized care.
- Maintain a high standard of patient experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques and best practices in aesthetic medicine.

Requirements

- MD in Dermatology or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Prior experience in aesthetic medicine is mandatory.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain treatments and procedures clearly and confidently to patients.
- Robust professional, ethical and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume OPD environment.
- Passion for aesthetics, continuous learning and delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation

₹12 Lakhs per annum
