Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on programmes, eligibility, admissions process and career opportunities
- Manage and follow up with prospective applicants throughout the admissions journey
- Handle admission-related queries through calls, emails and other communication channels
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students and parents, and provide an engaging overview of JGBS and the University
- Conduct counselling sessions, webinars and information sessions for prospective students
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups and conversions
- Support admissions events and student engagement initiatives
- Contribute towards achieving admissions and enrolment targets

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant discipline
- Experience in admissions, student counselling, education sales, outreach or business development will be preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working with targets and a rapid-paced admissions environment
