Role Description As an Admissions Counselor at Hero Vired, you will guide prospective learners through the entire admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves engaging with candidates via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs. You will provide accurate information about courses, entry requirements, fees, and outcomes, while addressing questions and concerns in a professional and supportive manner.

Daily tasks include maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, following up with leads, meeting enrollment targets, and collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to improve the admissions experience.



You will also participate in events, webinars, and information sessions to represent Hero Vired and promote its learning solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to interact effectively with diverse prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide clear guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a positive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess sales-related skills to manage leads, conduct needs-based conversations, and support enrollment targets ethically.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of the education domain or academic counseling to explain programs, learning outcomes, and career pathways.
- Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, inside sales, or education services is beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or experience in education, business, or counseling is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced environment, with goal orientation, attention to detail, and a learner-focused mindset.
