Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor and Telecaller, based in Model Town. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents via phone and in person, explaining available courses and programs, and guiding them through the admission process. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about offerings, maintaining records of leads and conversions, and following up to ensure successful enrollment.

Counsellor and Telecaller will also coordinate with internal teams,



participate in admission campaigns, and support counseling sessions and events as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience throughout the admission process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into admissions, meet enrollment targets, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience to understand academic programs and guide applicants appropriately.
