Role Description The Agency Sales Sourcing Unit Manager is responsible for driving agency channel growth by identifying, recruiting, and developing agency partners and advisors in the Mangaluru region. This full-time,



on-site role involves managing sourcing activities, building solid relationships with local partners, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and productivity targets. The Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and support to agency teams to improve effectiveness and compliance with company standards.

The role also includes monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth operations, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation of agency activities.
