Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding prospective students through the complete study abroad admissions cycle, including understanding their academic interests, recommending suitable universities and programs, and explaining application requirements and timelines.

The Admissions

Counselor will conduct consultations, manage inquiries, support document preparation, and coordinate with international institutions and internal teams as needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, following up with leads,



providing visa and pre-departure guidance, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for every applicant. The role also includes contributing to outreach activities, informational sessions, and events designed to increase student awareness of global education opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with students and families.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess sales skills to manage inquiries, convert leads, and meet enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess education-related knowledge or experience to understand academic pathways, admission criteria, and study abroad processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain detailed records in CRM or similar systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet application and visa deadlines.
