Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position involves engaging with prospective students and their families, explaining academy programs, admission processes, fees, and career opportunities in aviation.

The Admission

Counsellor will handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, and social media, conduct counseling sessions, and guide applicants from initial contact through enrollment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate admission records, following up on leads, coordinating with faculty and administrative staff, and supporting admission events, seminars, and open houses. The role also requires contributing to outreach activities, sharing feedback on market trends,



and promoting the academy’s brand with a professional and student-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage confidently with students and parents.
- Candidates should possess counseling and guidance skills, with the ability to understand student aspirations, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable programs.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and customer relationship skills, including lead follow-up, conversion-focused discussions, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating admission-related documentation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with the aviation or education sector, or a strong interest in these fields, and the ability to explain career pathways in aviation and hospitality.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in counseling, marketing, hospitality, or aviation education is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM or admission management tools, and social media platforms for handling inquiries and outreach.
