Role Description The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Admission

Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining course offerings, and helping candidates select suitable programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and over phone), managing follow-ups with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting enrollment targets through ethical and informative guidance.



The role also involves collaborating with training and marketing teams to ensure that prospective learners receive clear information about course structure, outcomes, and career pathways.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to counsel diverse learners effectively.
