Experience Required: 06 months –3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admission Counselling, B2C Sales, EdTech Sales.
Role Overview: As an Admission Counsellor, You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, resolving their queries, and converting leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility,
and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Explain fee structure, admission process, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and admission drives when required.
- Build robust relationships with students for better engagement and retention
- Ensure excellent student experience throughout the admission journey
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the database accordingly.
- Achieve the desired number of Zoom meetings and lead assignment targets.
