Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, reconciliations, and supporting statutory and audit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment-related documents.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and external consultants as required.
- Assist in preparing schedules and reports required for management review.




- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve them in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in B2B / trading / manufacturing / project-based businesses will be preferred.
