Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accounting & Taxation Professional role based in Surat. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. The professional will support direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST returns, income tax filings, and assisting in tax planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients on documentation, supporting company compliance work, and maintaining accurate records for audits and regulatory filings. The role also requires assisting in drafting basic financial and compliance reports, collaborating with the Company Secretary team,



and ensuring timely submission of statutory documents.

Resident: Candidate should be based on surat only, Candidate willing to shift or relocate are not entertained.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
- Practical understanding of taxation laws, including income tax and GST compliance and return filing.
- Familiarity with company compliance processes and basic corporate law concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client coordination.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage deadlines, and collaborate within a professional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certification in taxation or accounting is an advantage.
- Prior experience or internship in accounting, taxation, or compliance-focused roles is preferred.
