About the Role:

We're looking for a energetic dual-role intern to support our HR and Finance operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and financial operations while contributing to Expericia's growth.

What you'll do:

Accounts & Finance Functions:

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software and maintain accurate ledgers

- Process invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation with meticulous accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records on a monthly basis
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, prepare detailed reconciliation reports
- Compile and prepare monthly cash flow statements and assist in Profit & Loss reporting
- Track accounts payable aging schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable and maintain vendor records
- Assist in preparing GST (Goods & Services Tax) reconciliations
- Assist in tracking TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance and maintain tax records




- Help in generating financial summaries and variance analysis to support decision-making

HR Functions

- Source and screen candidates; coordinate interviews
- Manage onboarding and new employee orientation
- Coordinate L&D; programs, workshops, and skill development
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and documentation
- Support exit procedures and employee welfare programsFoster workplace culture and employee engagement

What we're looking for

- Must have M.Com, B.Com or any other relevant degree
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Attention to detail & ability to manage confidential information
- Bonus: Experience with Tally, HRIS, or accounting software
