Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Beldanga I. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The role involves preparing invoices, processing payments, tracking expenses, and supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.

The Accountant will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and basic financial analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.



The position also requires coordination with internal teams and external parties (such as vendors and auditors) to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel) and comfort working with numerical data.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information, identify discrepancies, and propose practical solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a small to mid-sized business environment.
