ROLE OVERVIEWG Square & Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for the company and its associated ventures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, invoices, bills, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Handle billing software, generate invoices, process sales and purchase entries, and maintain billing records.
- Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, expenses, and account reconciliations.
- Verify bills, invoices, stock-related documents, and supporting records for accuracy.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare outstanding statements, expense summaries, monthly reports, and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors,



outlets, franchisees, and internal teams for billing and account-related queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist management with accounting requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred; freshers with robust accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Must be comfortable using billing software and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle financial information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
