Job SummaryWe are looking for an Accounts Executive with 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong hands-on exposure in GST filing, TDS filing, taxation, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST returns, TDS returns, tax compliance, reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting, along with good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GST compliance and GST return filing.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Handle TDS calculation, reconciliation, and TDS return filing.
- Manage TDS-related compliance, including verification of deductions and payments.
- Assist in direct and indirect taxation matters.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable taxation and statutory requirements.
- Reconcile GST input/output tax and tax-related ledgers.
- Handle tax-related reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle Debtors and Creditors reconciliation.




- Maintain accurate financial and tax-related records.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Assist in audits and provide required financial/tax documents.
- Keep track of statutory due dates and ensure timely submission of returns.
- Support other taxation and finance-related activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & • Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance or relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation & • Compliance.

- Solid hands-on experience in GST Filing.
- Strong hands-on experience in TDS Filing.
- Good knowledge of Direct & • Indirect Taxation

- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Solid MS Excel skills.
- Experience in tax reconciliation and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage statutory deadlines and multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with prior experience in Accounts & • Taxation, GST/TDS compliance, CA firms, tax consultancy firms, or finance departments will be preferred. ? Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
