We’re Hiring | Senior Accounts Executive

At Fitspire, we’re looking for a Senior Accounts Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, financial processes, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting.

This role is for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands the numbers beyond just data entry, and can keep financial operations accurate, organized, and on time.

What You’ll Own• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records

- Handle invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Manage daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Handle GST data preparation, GST filings, TDS deductions, and compliance records
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, employee settlements, and vendor settlements
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, payments, and financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking
- Support monthly closing and ensure timely completion of accounting activities
- Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis, and financial coordination




- Maintain E-commerce financial records and marketplace reconciliations
- Support audit requirements and coordinate for timely closure of financial and compliance-related activities

What We’re Looking For• 6 years of experience in accounting and finance operations

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software
- Ability to independently manage operational accounting activities
- Solid analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have• Experience in D2C, FMCG, E-commerce, or startup environments

- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP/accounting systems
- Experience with GST, TDS, vendor management, audits, and marketplace reconciliations
