Key Responsibilities

- Record day to day financial transactions in Tally Prime .
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including sales, purchase , receipt and payments.
- prepare and file GST return (GSTR-1 , GSTR3B , annual returns) within deadlines .
- Handle TDS calculations , deduction ,payment and filing quarterly TDS return.
- Reconcile bank statements , vendors accounts , customers account and other ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely settlements.
- Assist monthly ,quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare MIS report , balancesheet and other financial statements as required .
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and cordinate with auditors during audit.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoice, vouchers, and supporting records.
