Role Description The Accessory Designer role at Soltee - India is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Accessory

Designer will conceptualize and design fashion accessories, including bags, footwear and related products, aligned with the brand’s visual identity and seasonal collections. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating sketches and technical drawings, researching trends, materials, and market preferences, and collaborating with product development and production teams to translate designs into final products. The role involves selecting materials, refining prototypes,



ensuring product quality and functionality, and coordinating with merchandising and marketing teams to support collection launches and presentations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Accessory Design with a portfolio demonstrating creative and market-relevant work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Product Design and Product Development, including translating concepts into manufacturable products.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, especially in fashion trends, consumer preferences, and materials.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools) and hand-sketching is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, material knowledge, and understanding of production processes in accessories and jewelry are advantageous.
- Effective communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Noida are required.
