YOUR IMPACT AREA

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR Business Partnering function and drive effective people practices across the organisation. The role will oversee multiple Manager – HRBPs, ensure alignment and coordination across business functions, and drive performance management, employee engagement and people initiatives, taking care of end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Building a strong, business-aligned HRBP function that enables performance, strengthens people leadership and creates consistency in HR practices across the organisation.

Qualification/Experience Requirements

- 8–12 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HRBP and performance management.
- Atleast 4+ years of experience as HRBP.
- Experience managing HRBP teams and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, talent management and organisational effectiveness.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented organisation would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

HRBP Leadership

- Lead and oversee the HRBP function across multiple business verticals.
- Manage and guide a team of Manager – HRBPs, ensuring consistent HR practices and effective business partnering.
- Act as a senior HR partner to business leaders, understanding business priorities and translating them into people initiatives.
- Ensure effective coordination between HRBPs, business teams and the wider HR function.

Talent Management

- Drive end-to-end talent management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, career development and high-potential identification.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify critical talent and capability gaps and build development interventions.
- Establish frameworks for career progression, internal mobility and leadership development.

Performance Management

- Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, from goal setting and KRAs to mid-year reviews, year-end appraisals and calibration.




- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure effective goal alignment, performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive performance improvement plans and ensure consistent performance management practices across functions.

HRBP & People Management

- Oversee employee lifecycle processes across assigned functions through the HRBP team.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning and retention initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, organisational changes and people-related business decisions.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of employee relations and people matters.

MIS & HR Analytics

- Own HR MIS, dashboards and analytics across performance, attrition, headcount, talent and other key people metrics.
- Translate HR data into actionable insights to support business and workforce decisions.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness and standardisation of HR reports and management dashboards.

Coordination & Governance

- Establish strong operating rhythms between HRBPs and business stakeholders.
- Track key HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistency, governance and adherence to HR policies and processes across functions.
- Collaborate with COEs and other HR teams to ensure seamless execution of people initiatives.

HR Operations & Service Delivery

- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations—from onboarding and documentation to confirmations, transfers, and offboarding/exit clearances.
- Establish, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for employee queries and HR helpdesk tickets.
- Continuously refine HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to elevate the employee experience.

Payroll, Compensation &

Benefits Administration

- Ensure error-free, timely monthly payroll processing and disbursements in coordination with the finance team and vendors.
- Manage fringe benefits, health insurance policies, gratuity, and performance bonus rollouts.
- Oversee compensation structuring, benchmarking, and annual merit review execution.
