Unpaid Internship – 1 Month training and certificate.
Objective:
To provide hands-on experience in candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination and recruitment operations using the ATS.
Key Responsibilities:
Review applications available in the ATS against the defined and eligibility criteria.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills and role fit.
Conduct initial telephonic/video screening, of shortlisted candidates.
Administer and evaluate screening/skill/aptitude tests, wherever applicable.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain candidate status and interview feedback in the ATS.
Follow up with candidates at each stage of the recruitment process.
Prepare shortlists, interview trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Support the HR team in moving suitable candidates through the recruitment funnel.
