? Brief Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Provide strategic academic direction for programmes and departments
- Lead, mentor, and develop faculty teams
- Drive research, publications, and industry-academia collaboration
- Strengthen curriculum, accreditation readiness, and student outcomes

?Education:-





- Selection criteria for Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor must be at par with UGC norms.
- Ph.D. in Management / Commerce or a related discipline
- MBA or M.Com with a minimum of above 55% marks at all academic levels
- Substantial teaching and research experience in higher education
- Proven leadership experience, ideally currently serving as HoD, Dean, Director, or in an equivalent academic leadership role
- Must be aware of AI advancements and its applications
