We are hiring Medical Experts – Dermatology for a short-term AI Training and Medical Evaluation project across : ?? India

Role: Medical Expert – Dermatology

Experience: MBBS with completed Dermatology residency and at least 5 years of post-residency clinical practice as a Dermatologist in India

Mode: Remote

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualification:

- Completed MBBS with a completed Dermatology residency.
- Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience as a Dermatologist.
- Must be currently based in India.
- Strong visual attention to detail.
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or graphic medical images.
- Ability to evaluate dermatology images for quality and diagnostic usability.
- Ability to identify concerns related to blur, lighting, exposure, colour, framing, and image quality.
- Ability to identify likely dermatological conditions where applicable and provide appropriate confidence ratings.
- Ability to review AI-generated medical content for accuracy, safety, completeness, and clinical relevance.
- Technically comfortable using web-based annotation and evaluation platforms.
- Ability to use image zoom and other digital evaluation tools.
- Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines and accurately complete structured questionnaires.

Educational Qualification:

Mandatory: MBBS with completed Dermatology residency and a minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical practice in Dermatology.

Preferred: Experience in medical content review, clinical research, medical annotation, or AI/ML evaluation.

Availability :

- Full-Time or Part-Time engagement
- Available for 40, 30, or 20 hours per week
- Minimum 4 hours of overlap during PST business hours
- Commitment for approximately 12 weeks




- Immediate/ASAP availability preferred

Others:

- Strong attention to detail when reviewing medical images and clinical content.
- Comfortable working with sensitive dermatological images.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Solid written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to provide clear clinical rationale and structured expert feedback.
- Technically savvy and comfortable navigating online evaluation platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with AI researchers and other clinical experts.

What You’ll Work On:

- Review AI-generated medical text for accuracy, harmfulness, completeness, and clinical relevance, with a focus on dermatology.
- Evaluate AI-generated diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical summaries for dermatological cases.
- Review dermatology images using a structured online evaluation tool.
- Assess image quality and determine whether images are suitable for diagnostic evaluation.
- Identify image-quality concerns such as blur, lighting, exposure, colour, framing, and other visual limitations.
- Where applicable, identify likely skin conditions based on the provided images and clinical context.
- Assign appropriate confidence ratings to dermatological assessments.
- Document clear clinical rationale supporting evaluations and decisions.
- Provide expert feedback to improve the accuracy, medical integrity, safety, and relevance of LLM outputs.
- Help evaluate whether AI-generated medical responses meet evidence-based dermatology standards.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and clinicians to improve model performance in medical and dermatological use cases.
