Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a 3D Stall/Kiosk Designer for exhibitions, based in Vadodara with some flexibility for work from home. The designer will create 3D concepts and layouts for exhibition stalls and kiosks that reflect client brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating detailed 3D models, preparing production-ready drawings, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate execution.

The role involves coordinating with clients to gather requirements, presenting design options, and revising designs based on feedback and technical constraints. The designer will also support material selection, cost-effective design solutions, and adherence to project timelines.





Qualifications

- Strong 3D design skills with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools) and an understanding of spatial design for stalls and kiosks.
- Experience in exhibition, event, or retail environment design, including layout planning, traffic flow, and functional detailing for live setups.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts, with skills in concept development, mood boards, and presentation rendering.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and production techniques used in stalls, kiosks, and exhibition structures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, including the ability to present and justify design choices.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a design agency or exhibition company is an advantage; a portfolio demonstrating 3D stall or kiosk work is required.
