ServiceNow BPC / Business Process Consultant Experience: 4–7 Years Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) with solid experience in business process consulting, functional analysis, requirements gathering, and ServiceNow implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow System Integrators (SI) and be capable of translating business requirements into effective functional solutions across the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities - Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functional solutions. - Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and business process assessments. - Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements. - Create and maintain functional requirements, user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with technical and functional teams during ServiceNow implementation projects. - Provide functional expertise across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HRSD. - Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and demonstrations. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and automation using ServiceNow. - Support UAT, solution validation, implementation, and post-implementation activities. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives. - Contribute to Now Assist, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases from a functional and business-process perspective. Required Skills & Experience - 4–7 years of overall relevant experience in ServiceNow Business Process Consulting / Functional Consulting.



- Experience as a Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Process Consultant, or ServiceNow Consultant. - Strong experience working on ServiceNow System Integrator (SI) projects and implementations. - Strong understanding of business processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities. - Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and functional solution design. - Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills. - Functional knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and/or HRSD. - Experience preparing functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and business requirements. - Exposure to Now Assist, GenAI, or Agentic AI is highly preferred. - Ability to effectively bridge business requirements and ServiceNow functional solutions.
