Hiring: Social Media Assistant – Retail Industry
Location: Jayanagar
Salary: ₹20,000 Gross per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Graduated candidates preferable
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and responses through WhatsApp & Instagram.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
Sales-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
Retail/customer service experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
