- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing and data processing frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize system performance.
