Experienced in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), with the ability to implement, and troubleshoot advanced access control policies, authentication mechanisms, and endpoint security integrations.

Knowledgeable in Aruba ClearPass advanced features, with the ability to configure, and troubleshoot complex network access control policies and authentication services.

Knowledgeable in Cisco Routing and Switching, with the ability to configure, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.





Aware of advanced Cisco ASA Firewall functionalities, with the ability to support configuration of complex security policies, VPN services, and high-availability deployments.

Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a team-oriented and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
