We are looking for a driven and technically strong *Audit Executive* to join our Noida-based audit team. The role offers an opportunity to work directly on *financial statement audits of companies in the UAE*, across different industries and business structures.

You will work closely with our experienced UAE audit team and gain practical exposure to *IFRS, International Standards on Auditing (ISA), UAE Corporate Tax, group audits, consolidation and complex accounting matters*.

### What You Will Do

As an Audit Executive, you will be actively involved in the execution of UAE audit assignments, including:

* Execute assigned sections of *financial statement and statutory audits of UAE companies*.

* Analyse trial balances, general ledgers and financial statements to understand the client's business and identify audit risks.

* Perform substantive audit procedures and analytical reviews.

* Test revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, cash and bank balances, fixed assets, inventory, loans, equity and other significant account balances.

* Review supporting documents and evaluate audit evidence.

* Prepare high-quality *audit working papers* in accordance with the firm's audit methodology.

* Assist in identifying accounting and audit issues and discuss them with the Audit Manager.

* Assist in preparation and review of *IFRS-compliant financial statements and disclosures*.

* Prepare audit queries, proposed adjustments and management points.

* Follow up with clients for information, schedules, confirmations and supporting documents.

* Address review comments raised by Audit Managers and Partners.





* Assist in group audits, consolidation procedures and audit of subsidiaries/components where applicable.

* Work on multiple assignments and ensure timely completion of allocated audit sections.

* Maintain professional standards and contribute to the firm's audit quality and documentation requirements.

We are looking for candidates who are technically curious, analytical and interested in building a long-term career in audit.

*Ideal Candidate:*

* *CA / CA Final* candidate.

* Prior experience in *statutory audit, external audit or financial statement audit*.

* Strong understanding of accounting and auditing fundamentals.

* Good knowledge of *IFRS / financial reporting*.

* Ability to independently understand ledgers, trial balances and financial statements.

* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good command of *MS Excel*.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.





* Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

* Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to audit documentation.

### Candidates With the Following Experience Will Be Preferred

* Experience in a *Big 4, mid-size or reputed audit firm*.

* Prior exposure to *UAE or international audits*.

* Experience with IFRS-based financial statements.

* Experience in statutory or external audits.

* Exposure to group audits and consolidation.

* Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.

* Experience with electronic audit working-paper software.
