Position: Senior Sales Executive – Rapid Division

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive – Rapid Division to drive the promotion and sales of Rapid & POC products across private and government healthcare institutions. The role involves customer engagement, dealer/distributor development, product demonstrations, tender support, and business generation across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Rapid & POC products to private laboratories, hospitals, blood banks, and government hospitals.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and sub-dealers and identify opportunities for channel expansion.
- Generate business and achieve assigned sales targets/revenue goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers and support tender participation and demonstrations.




- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and channel partners.
- Participate in CMEs, trade events, and promotional activities to strengthen product visibility and market presence.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in IVD / Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Healthcare Sales.
- Experience in Rapid Diagnostics and/or POC products will be preferred.
- Strong dealer/distributor network and channel management skills.
- Positive communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to independently develop the market and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
