We are looking for a confident and skilled Telecaller to join our team at our office in South Extension, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and communicate professionally with potential candidates, clients, senior professionals and other stakeholders.
- Explain award and recognition programs clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information over the phone.
- Maintain call records and basic data using Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Eligibility & Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite and professional communication.
- Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer communication, sales or follow-up will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate comfortably with senior professionals and government-related individuals.

Pay: ₹8,662.75 - ₹31,309.36 per month
