CodeXCrafts is looking for a motivated BDA to generate leads and bring new clients for our software and digital services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.
- Help convert leads into clients.
- Maintain lead/CRM records.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers are welcome.
- BDA/Sales/Lead Generation experience is a plus.
Compensation: Initial 1–2 month commission-based trial period. Based on performance, a fixed + incentive structure may be discussed afterward.
Work: Remote / Work From Home.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
