YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Support Executive, you will:

- Communicate with customers through Calls, Chat & Email
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
- Handle complaints and queries professionally
- Follow up with customers whenever required
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution
- Build strong customer relationships
- Work towards excellent customer satisfaction
