Web Development & Delivery Manager

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage PHP/WordPress Developers and Web Designers.
- Plan and manage website projects from requirement gathering to launch.
- Allocate resources, set timelines and monitor project progress.
- Oversee WordPress, PHP, Elementor and WooCommerce development.
- Review code, themes, plugins and overall technical implementation.
- Ensure proper testing, QA, staging and deployment processes.
- Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups and website security.
- Conduct pre-launch checks for functionality, responsiveness, performance and integrations.
- Identify technical issues, delivery risks and scope creep.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers and internal teams.
- Review and approve deliverables before client submission.
- Manage remote/offshore teams and project handovers.
- Improve development processes through SOPs, AI and automation.

Required Skills & Experience





- 5+ years of experience in Web Development / Digital Agency.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership or development management.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with hosting, DNS, SSL, APIs and website security.
- Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Jira or Monday.
- Solid project management, troubleshooting and client communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and distributed teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
