Job Summary

* Manage Finance & Accounts activities for the plant.

* Maintain accurate books and accounting records.

* Handle plant, project and job-wise costing.

* Prepare financial statements, MIS and cash-flow reports.

* Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation and material consumption.

* Review vendor bills, purchase invoices and payment documents.

* Monitor customer and vendor outstanding balances.

* Analyse costs, budgets and variances.

* Manage bank reconciliation, ledgers and month-end closing.

* Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESI compliance.

SAP Responsibilities

* Work on SAP FI/CO for financial transactions.

* Monitor GL, AP, AR, Cost Centre and Profit Centre.

* Handle asset and inventory accounting.

* Support SAP-based costing and inventory reconciliation.

* Prepare SAP MIS and financial reports.

* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, HR and IT teams.

* Ensure timely month-end closing in SAP.

Qualification & Skills





* CA qualification is mandQualificationatory.

* Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

* Manufacturing/steel/engineering experience preferred.

* Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, taxation and compliance.

* Knowledge of plant, inventory and cost accounting.

* Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.

* Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in steel fabrication plants, structural steel fabrication,

hydro-mechanical equipment fabrication, penstock fabrication, heavy

engineering, EPC projects, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Salary - 10- 12.5 LPA

Location: Steel Works & Innovations pvt Ltd- Raipur Chattisgarh

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
