About the Role

V S Surgicals is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop and expand our presence across Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business with hospitals, healthcare institutions, nursing homes, distributors, dealers and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent customers and business opportunities across Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad.
- Regularly visit hospitals, institutions, dealers and distributors.
- Generate enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
- Build relationships with hospital purchase departments, stores and procurement teams.
- Promote V S Surgicals' surgical and sterile product range.
- Develop new dealers and distributors.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, trials and orders.
- Collect market feedback on products, pricing and competition.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with management for smooth order execution.





Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–4 years in medical, surgical, healthcare or institutional sales preferred.
- Experience in surgical consumables or medical disposables will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to develop new customers independently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

- Monthly sales achievement

- New dealers/distributors
- Customer visits and productive calls

Location

Delhi / Noida / Ghaziabad

The candidate should be comfortable with regular field travel.

Pay: ₹10,054.58 - ₹20,000.00 per month
